The Role

As a PMO Senior Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a high-quality service is provided to customers, project managers and technical leads, demonstrating best practice throughout.
- Provide administrative support for engagements and will play a key role in efficient management and delivery of projects.
- Support the delivery of projects across the business, including Training, Consultancy and Simulation, which can include software development and delivery.
- Supporting and deputising for the Framework Manager.

The PMO Senior Administrator role is a full time position, flexible working is available and the role offers hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week in the office.

Essential experience of the PMO Senior Administrator
- Commercial experience of the fundamentals of a PMO team.
- Project Planning, Coordination, Maintenance, Support.
- Project Regulation, Stage Gates.
- Financial management.
- Risks Actions Issues Decision (RAID) Management.
- Experience working in Defence, Public Sector or Government domains desirable.

Qualifications for the PMO Senior Administrator
- APM PMQ desirable
- Prince 2, Agile, Waterfall desirable
