We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Voluxis. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to diary management, booking travel, and preparing itineraries for trips. They will also be responsible for taking minutes of meetings, supporting with the organisation of events, and managing airside security passes.
We are looking for an individual with previous experience working as a PA, who has a keen eye for detail and is proficient in Microsoft Office. They will need to be proactive, with good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels. They will also have high levels of integrity and discretion, and a hands-on attitude.
