Business Support Officer Access to Records

To provide a customer-focused business support service to service users, internal and external parties and to provide an efficient and effective administrative and clerical service within the team. To develop administrative information systems in response to changing needs and to ensure effective implementation and review.
- To set up, maintain and update accurate filing and information systems within the team, including files, operational instructions, and other information.
- To produce statistical information and assist in the analysis of statistical information.
- Maintaining and developing teams SharePoint sites.
- To access and download data from the Directorate’s client databases in relation to SARs.
- To photocopy and scan documents and files, deal with incoming and outgoing electronic and hardcopy correspondence, daily maintaining the team’s generic inbox, and arrange appointments/meetings in diaries as and when required.
Rate: £15.51 Umbrella
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £15.51 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
