Edison Pope are recruiting for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants based in Burnley and Pendle area of Lancashire looking to support primary and secondary school aged pupils this academic year.

**Main Duties**
- Create strong rapport with students and staff within a school setting.
- Experience working within a school setting/ residential or care setting.
- Clear understanding of special educational Needs such as ADHD, Autism, Global delay, Speech and language, dyspraxia and Dyslexia.
- Support pupils with communication and interaction, cognitions and learning.
- Support pupils with Social, emotional and mental health difficulties, sensory and physical needs.
- Capable of aspiring pupils to achieve outstanding results.
- Help to create a safe striving learning environment.
- Attend CPD/ staff meetings.
