As a Service Quality Specialist at Porsche, you'll play a pivotal role in managing warranty claims and offering technical support and guidance to technicians. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, this position blends technical expertise with strong customer service and coaching skills.

**What you’ll do day to day**
- Actively support and develop workshop processes to align with Porsche Service Process standards.
- Manage the progression of technical repairs, overseeing systems and processes.
- Ensure workshop repair quality through effective control measures.
- Propel workshop productivity forward.
- Coach and develop workshop staff in the use and understanding of Porsche Systems.
- Support and provide guidance for Technician diagnostic routes.
- Collect real-time supporting repair documentation to align with PCGB Warranty guidelines.
- Conduct dynamic quality control, including final testing.

**Helpful skills and qualifications**

- Qualified Vehicle Diagnostic Technician (minimum)
- Experience of processing and managing warranty claims
- Experience of coaching and supervising Technicians
- Superb technical and problem solving experience
- Customer service experience
