The role of Service Quality Specialist is a unique role within Porsche. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager you will be in charge of managing Warranty claims and provide technical support & guidance to Technicians. This is a Technical role but also requires someone with customer service and coaching and training experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Support & develop workshop process in line with Porsche Service Process
- Manage Technical repair progression - systems and process
- Control PCSS coding & documentation quality standards
- Provide departmental Technical support contact to PCGB
- Manage and maintain PCGB Warranty standards
- Provide control of workshop repair quality
- Drive workshop Productivity
- Coach and develop workshop Porsche Systems use & knowledge
- Provide technical assistance to Service Advisors (where applicable)
- Manage departmental communication on PCGB Technical / Warranty updates
- Support & provide Technician diagnostic route guidance
- Drive repair utilisation through coding knowledge and system expertise
- Support PRMS generation and manage response
- Gather supporting repair documentation (real time) to support PCGB Warranty guidelines
- Process claims through WWS and manage response
- Carry out dynamic quality control including final testing
- Provide cover to Workshop Manager

**Requirements**:
Qualified Vehicle Diagnostic Technician (minimum)

Experience of processing and managing warranty claims

Experience of coaching and supervising Technicians

Superb technical and problem solving experience

Customer service experience
