**Job Description**:
You will also support other client accounts and perform key operational audits on client accounts to ensure successful delivery against our contractual KPIs
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Creating vacancies on the recruitment system
- Proof reading documents
- Formatting documents
- Creating offer documentation
- Producing employment contracts
- Working with our vetting partner to resolve adverse vetting findings
- Conducting operational audits to monitor delivery against contractual KPIs
- Notifying Hiring Managers and recruitment teams in advance of new starters
- Producing bi-weekly reports and attending bi-weekly calls with clients to demonstrate account progress
- Any other duties that may be identified from time to time
**Qualifications**:
There are not any specific qualifications needed for this role, however you will have knowledge/experience of:
- Experience in a fast-paced admin’ or process driven environment
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Show initiative whilst working under pressure and dealing with multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to overcome problems with a positive attitude
- Logical, systematic along with an organised approach
- Excellent IT skills in particular Excel and PowerPoint
