My Normanton based client require an experienced Customer Service Executive to join them on a permanent basis - Monday to Friday 8-5 and 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime. You will work in a small and friendly team and provide first class service to theclients customers, solving their queries and building rapport.

**Duties**:
- Provide customer support the general public who purchase the products.
- Assist customers with sales enquiries.
- Process sales orders and help ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- Take orders over the phone.
- Carry out day to day tasks as required to complete company procedures set up by senior management.
- Deal with customer complaints and escalations. Follow through to completion resulting in a satisfied customer where possible.
- Liaise with carriers to help ensure customer receive their orders on time.
- Assit with the sale of spare parts and provide advice as and when required.
- Liaise with Warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed on time.
- Assist with internal office projects as an when required
