The Role

**Responsibilities**:
All roles and responsibilities below will be managed and mentored by the Service Delivery Manager to enable you to develop within the business. Your main responsibilities are detailed below
- Managing internal customer orders from point of sale to customer handover.
- Tracking on site engineering teams.
- Being an escalation point for on site engineering teams when needed.
- Being an escalation point for any customer questions.
- Raising access to customer premises as well as ensuring an installation date runs as smoothly as possible.
- Engagement with internal teams where needed.

Essential requirements
- Able to work well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Excel Knowledge
- Perfect communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Able to adapt to a changing environment
- Experience within a customer facing role

Desired experience
- Experience within a similar role
- 1 year of service delivery experience
- Google docs experience
- ISP background
