Salary**:£41,553 to £51,942** (depending on experience) + 25 days hols + 8 BH + Pension. We also offer a fantastic benefits package, which includes Online GP Service, Life Insurance and many more
Location: Base location **Bradford** with hybrid working
**Purpose of the role**
You will be responsible for building continuous improvement capability of colleagues focused on improving our Customer and Colleague Experience, while driving Operational efficiencies through Performance Excellence Hubs. As an excellent communicator and experienced continuous improvement specialist you will engage, collaborate, guide and coach key stakeholders across Yorkshire Water to drive consistency of approach across the whole business. You will be responsible for upskilling of colleagues and play a key role in embedding improved ways of working through our Performance Excellence Hubs.
Ensuring we have the skills and capability across the business to clearly define improvement opportunities, measure and analyse existing ways of working and create sustainable improvements in line with YW governance that make a real difference.
**To be successful you will have the following skills and experience**:
- Passionate about people development and delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of building and improving business processes and procedures
- Excellent understanding of core continuous improvement methods
- Strong analytical, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Brilliant communication skills
- Confident in managing stakeholders
- Ability to liaise at all levels and influence others beyond your span of control
- Proficient at using IT systems and Office software
**Key Skills and Experience**
**Essential**:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experienced Continuous Improvement trainer and Coach
