As **Office Administrator,** you will be tasked with managing the following day-to-day administrative operation:

- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Creating and updating records and databases including new jobs, and processing jobs
- Supporting Engineering projects in an administrative capacity
- Setting up electronic filing systems
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing Reports
- Provide documentation support to the Engineering Team and ensure the efficient delivery of documents requirement on projects
- Document editing and printing support (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Coordination of activity between all various departments
- Support to proposal documents
- Coordination of documentation requirements on multiple concurrent projects
- Effective use of online documentation management systems
- Direct interaction and coordination with teams on documentation requirements
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

We are looking for an individual with strong communication, administration, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work autonomously and take initiative in the workplace.
