**Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in the world of car dealership?**
The Business Administrator Apprentice role with vehicle finance company offers the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of administrative tasks and customer service. The role involves managing customer enquiries, processing orders, creating reports and managing data.

**As an apprentice, your duties will include**:

- Using Excel spreadsheets
- Taking Funder Ratebooks and converting them into usable Ratebooks for our spreadsheets
- Using the funder websites to check prices are correct on the ratebooks
- Managing rates on the website - Uploading to the website, deleting incorrect rates, marking specials rates (in stock, pre-current, latest offer and coming soon)
- Running and managing specials from the funder and uploading them to the website
- Working with the sales team to adjust rates

**Working hours**: 9:00 - 17:30 Mon-Fri (1 hour lunch break)

**Salary: £12,675 per year**

**Requirements**:

- Have a strong eye for detail
- Strong excel or maths knowledge
- Previous customer service / office experience
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Ability to communicate well over the phone
- Time keeping skills
- Strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £12,675.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
