Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative Position Overview

Within this role you oversee the safe and timely movements of heavy goods (construction equipment and tooling) across a busy yard and warehouse and ensure goods are loaded and ready for delivery.

Within this busy yard and warehouse it is essential to have a flexible working approach and be open to getting involved in warehouse and yard duties (stock takes, packing, loading lorries, scanning orders etc).

Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative Position Requirements
- Experience using MS Office Suite & Outlook experience
- Syrinx SP experience is advantageous
- Counterbalance OR Reach Forklift Licence - Essential
- Previous experience working in a construction or tool hire market - Highly desirable
- Must have warehouse experience dealing with heavy goods - Essential
- Strong and clear communication skills - Essential
- Flexible working approach (happy to get hands on in other warehouse/yard duties when required - Essential

Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative Position Remuneration
- Salary DOE - £26 - 29k
- Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00 (47.5 hr week)
- Lunch paid for every Tuesday
- Introduce a new team member (£400 referral bonus)
- 28 days annual leave (including banks)
- Additional paternity leave/pay
- Auto enrolment pension scheme
