**Contracts and Sales Support Specialist****:
We are recruiting for a Contracts and Sales Support Specialist within Johnson and Johnson Surgical Vision located in our Pinewood office. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Excellence team supporting the business in delivery of a best in class internal and external customer experience.

**What to expect**:
**Contracts and Tenders**:
- Proactively support the pre-tender phase, facilitate meetings and provide information as appropriate
- Act as a key point of contact through central mailbox and dedicated customer tender portals with reference to contracts
- Preparation and submission of comprehensive proposals, quotations and tender responses adhering to strict timelines.
- Upon final contract award load relevant project documentation into the Tender Management System including maintenance of a tender response database
- Support sales team in the preparation of presentations and reports to support customer meetings
- Pricing administration, co-ordination of key business approvals and reporting.
- In collaboration with the Sales Team create robust contracts to safeguard and sustain our business.
- Support and monitoring of live commercial contracts across NHS and Private Health landscape.
- Review the evaluation criteria for each tender submission and ensure requirements are fulfilled leading to successful tenders.
**Data Management**:
- Master data management: validation, processing, and governance
- Data reconciliation and variance analysis
- Generate and evolve key data reports to the business.
- Manage Pricing data, all country and customer level pricing set-ups in SAP
- Maintenance of internal databases
- Maintenance of internal and external product catalogues including e-catalogues
- Contribute business and data expertise to key projects and process improvement initiatives
- Supports Sales Force Effectiveness by acting as contact person for local CRM users, new user set up and ensuring the data consistency across EMEA
- Critical interface with Customer Services responding to order queries
- Support the development and deployment of new business processes (SOPs)
- Provision for country level product management in SAP

- Solid experience in Tendering/Contracting/Analytics within Medical Devices/ Pharma referred, with proven track record in change management.
- Experience in master data management and data integrity
- Must be motivated and self-driven; able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of healthcare market dynamics
- High learning agility
- Intellectual curiosity
- Highly competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc).
- Experience of NHS procurement process advantageous but not essential.
