We’re looking for a talented **Revenue Operations Analyst** to join us here at 3S Money in London, one of the UK’s fastest-growing FinTech scale-ups.

**What you'll be doing**
- You will be part of the team responsible for the operational accountabilities for our three revenue generating teams globally
- Actively participating in initiatives to improve our internal processes and procedures
- Lead initiatives to develop, or enhance, system functionality and reporting
- Ensure initiatives align with business goals and processes are maintained to meet service and quality standards
- Define KPIs and analyse results on an ongoing basis to identify optimisation opportunities
- Provide operational support as needed to the Global Operational team

**A little bit about you**

One of the following areas is expected:

- Lean / Six Sigma Certification
- Business Analysis Certification (e.g. BCS, IIBA CBAP)
- Business Process Management Certification (e.g. AIIM BPM Certificate)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience in operations or business process improvement
- Financial, banking and/or payment industry experience with progressively increasing responsibility would be advantageous
- Advanced experience with Excel & PowerBI is a must
- Confidence to influence and drive effective decision-making with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Effective communicator as you’ll be engaging with stakeholders across our 5 locations
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities and assignments concurrently
