Our Telecoms Team is circa 30 people strong, spread across 5 offices in the UK, with the majoirty of the Team in our Bicester Head Office. We work on behalf of a variety of corporate clients, delivering advice on mobile and fibre networks.

You will be working within a close-knit, dynamic and well-established team and will benefit from being part of our invaluable Coordinator network, receiving regular training and ongoing support.

**As an Assistant Coordinator with the Telecoms Team at Dalcour Maclaren, you will**:

- Provide administration, coordination, data analysis, reporting and document control across our telephone and fibre network clients
- Be an effective communicator who is confident in being client-facing
- Support team members with client, company and office projects
- Be diligent with workload and support compliance with tasks
- Aid the financial management including invoicing and assist with delivering monthly reports
- Understand the day to day running and logistics of the team from smooth delivery of meetings and understanding client information tracking
- Provide wider assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events
- Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Be highly organised and have a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks and team events
- Have great IT skills & be confident with Microsoft products e.g. for Mail Merge
- Be a great team player and have a can-do attitude, adopting the Dalcour Maclaren One Team ethos
- Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
- Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Have an appetite to learn and develop
- Ideally have previous Telecoms experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
