- As our Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Leasing Manager and the Strategy & Development Director to ensure all Leasing activities run smoothly, contributing to leveraging the brand mix and brand performance to meet the business vision.**What you will be doing**
- Executive assistance to Remerchandising Director (diary management, general support)
- Supporting team with documentation, meeting coordination, and internal processes to facilitate the Leasing & Remerchandising of Bicester Village
- Preparing & updating Heads of Terms at instruction of lease negotiators
- Drafting Licence documents and collating relevant attachments to be shared to brand
- Coordinating internal approval processes
- Executive assistance to Remerchandising Director (diary management, general support)
- Coordination & scheduling of Remerchandising team meetings and ad hoc diary assistance for team members where necessary
- Maintenance of Lease Management information contained in Salesforce
- Creating and tracking Oracle Purchase Orders for Remerchandising projects and brand contributions. Including setting up brands with new internal and external supplier forms and ensuring payments are made within the required period.
