Duties
- Coordinate and schedule service inspection appointments for depot planners
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving

Issues
- Maintain accurate records of service contracts
- Collaborate with depot planners to ensure timely completion of service visits
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Hours

08.00am-16.00pm Monday - Thursday

08.00am-15.30pm Friday

Holiday

28 Days inclusive of bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
