About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Plympton. As a Sales and Marketing Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting and managing enquiries from patients, tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities, and delivering the best patient journey and managing the end-to-end treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and manage enquiries from patients: Utilize digital marketing, social media, and events to attract new patients and manage their enquiries effectively.
- Track and monitor marketing activities: Monitor the success of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions to improve our marketing strategy.
- Deliver the best patient journey: Work closely with our clinicians to deliver the best patient journey and manage the end-to-end treatment.
- Convert sales: Help patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them and convert sales in line with targets.
- Work closely with clinicians: Collaborate with our clinicians to help grow their private patient portfolio.
