**Receptionist and Administration Assistant**
**Location**: Edgbaston, Birmingham

We are currently partnering with a prestigious organization seeking a Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join their team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.- Direct calls and visitors appropriately.- Maintain a welcoming Reception area and complete necessary documentation.- Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.**Case Management Administration and Member Support**:
- Assist in managing member cases and uploading relevant documentation.- Provide diary management support and make travel arrangements.- Maintain filing systems and support with administration tasks.**Recruitment and Retention**:
- Assist in recruitment and retention activities.- Actively promote membership of the organization at events.**Customer Service**:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.- Ensure adherence to Customer Service Standards.- Previous administrative experience.- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.- Ability to work effectively within a team.- Initiative in undertaking administrative tasks.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages and internet usage.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Capability to manage competing demands within tight timeframes.This role is part-time working 24.5 hours per week.
Pay rate: £13.14 per hour
