**About you**
- Experienced administrator or in a relevant office role with experience, knowledge or ambition in general admin, fundraising, membership services or HR.
- Excited by a varied role with opportunities to progress.
- Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- An excellent team player, but able to work independently, be proactive and use initiative.
- A great eye for detail.

**What we offer**

A salary of £23,258 per annum pro rata, you will be working 35 hours a week.

This role is hybrid office based with opportunities to work from home, with flexibility around work pattern an option.

We offer generous annual leave which accumulates with service, Christmas closure, development days, enhanced family leave and sickness policies and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
