Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks
- Maintain an organised office space for efficient workflow
- Assist in computerising office processes
- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Type correspondence and reports as needed
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette when handling calls

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills to manage office operations effectively
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
