We have an exciting opportunity to join the Fife Health & Social Care Partnership (Fife HSCP) as a Senior Community Led Support Officer. The vision is for an integrated network of community led support services which are planned, designed, and delivered for people who use servicers and local communities in supporting health and wellbeing and ensures access to the right service, in the right place, at the right time; and enables people to live independent and healthier lives.

Lead on day-to-day management of community led support services which include The Well, Link Life Fife and Fife Macmillan Improving the Cancer Journey across the HSCP portfolios to meet the strategic priorities as well as operational service delivery objectives. To lead and develop systems, processes, and procedures for community led support activities to assist H&SCP ensure services are responsive, effective, and efficient based on the needs of the people of Fife.

**The Person**

**The skills you will need.**

Leading and providing direct supervision to a team with responsibility for the operational management, including the development of the infrastructure to support community led support services within the partnership and locality planning.

Developing systems and processes to support the involvement of people who access community led support services in the delivery of transformational change in support of the health and social care partnerships objectives.

Developing creative solutions to enable agreed outcomes to be achieved within the Partnership as well as with external stakeholders.

Ability to gather, collate and analyse information from various sources, some of which may be conflicting, and identify workable solutions.

Building strong relationships with colleagues and partners across Services so that work is integrated with and supports other relevant work across NHS and in the Council, implementing opportunities to work more effectively with people who use services and local communities.

Experience of working with people who use services and communities to effect change and overcoming barriers to access community led support services.

A good understanding of the statutory landscape in Scotland, including national and local objectives.

Previous experience within a Local Authority, NHS or large organisation.

Experience of working with the public and Strategic and Operational Planning

Understanding the benefits and barriers to public involvement in health and social care (Deliver results - See ‘How We Work Matters’ Framework

Ability to provide a regular and effective service.
