Senior Fleet Administrator

Micheldever Tyre Services is actively looking for a **Senior Fleet Administrator **with experience in a similar role. You will be accountable for the accurate administration and maintenance of the company fleet records and will be required to prepare and distribute accurate data to the management teams as required.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- All administration including; insurance claims / reporting accidents, compiling reports with vehicle information, DVLA license checks, maintaining accurate fleet records
- Ensure vehicles are legal and compliant, including taxing vehicles, monitoring MOT dates and collecting and processing MOT certificates
- Accurate processing and recording of NIPs and PCNs
- Ensure Fuel Cards are ordered, recorded, dispatch accurately and effectively
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures and company policies are being carried out and adhered to
- Support of internal and external audit activities as required.
