We have an exciting opportunity in our Cambridge Office for a Learning Designer to join our team on a fixed term contract for six months.

The purpose of this role is to produce leading learning design resources which will enhance peoples learning experience, helping them to learn in a multimodal environment. Putting the user first, using human centred and goal-orientated design regarding the learning experience - to use the power of interactive web to create meaningful, professional, and engaging experiences.

**About the Role**

You will implement theory and educational study to inform their creative process and to ensure that all learning models are successful, bridging predetermined knowledge gaps.

Key outcomes of the role will be to:

- Identify knowledge gaps through in-depth research, including consultations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design a wide range of high quality and rich interactive experiences, e-learning and other technology-based learning solutions, which can include authoring, enable development, and maintenance of multimedia learning materials.
- Engage with continuous improvement to seek feedback on what has been designed and modify and adapt learning design and related materials.
- Work collaboratively with the Community of Professional Knowledge and Learning to ensure that the content of learning materials, products and tools is 'fit for purpose' and fully consistent and aligned with practice standards and approaches.
- Interpret learning needs and develop practical learning options using the most appropriate learning media and technology.
- Provide specialist advice and input into areas such as designing learning outcomes/objectives, identifying engaging, project, enquiry based or alternative assessment outcomes and learner/trainer feedback.
- Contribute to learning and development projects and initiatives as required.

**About You**

Great customer relationships are a cornerstone of what we do, and so demonstrating your excellent customer service skills and ability to build trusted relationships will be key. You will also be able to support these strong relationships through good written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines. Some knowledge of our product and the critical communications industry is desirable, but not essential.

This role provides support to our Europe based customers, and we are looking for someone able to communicate in both English and French.
