- Location: Bexhill-On-Sea - Experience the Best of the South Coast
- Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
- Full-time Position with Flexible Scheduling Options

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
- Leverage your product knowledge to guide customers through purchasing decisions and provide tailored recommendations.
- Utilise our advanced CRM system to document interactions, track customer preferences, and streamline communication for future reference.

- Exceptional communication skills are paramount—your ability to articulate solutions clearly and compassionately is key.
- Proven problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail will empower you to navigate diverse customer needs with ease.
