We are currently recruiting for a **Catering Assistant** to be a part of our team at **Brinsbury College.**

- Term Time - 30hours a week
- Monday - Friday between 12pm

**What you’ll be doing**

Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Client focus - providing excellent customer service at all times
- Take bookings and payments
- Clean back of house and front of house service areas to support delivery of services
- Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events
- Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

**Experience**
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
