**Job description**

We are looking for a customer service administrator to join our growing team, this person will be comfortable processing a high level of orders onto Sage x3, however full sage training will be provided for this role.

The ideal person for this role will be calm under pressure, highly organised, have great attention to detail, dedicated and able to multitask. They will have worked in a customer service role before and have excellent knowledge of computer packages such as Excel and Outlook.

As a team you will be responsible for ensuring that the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse are completed accurately and within a timely manner.

**Job Duties Include**:

- Processing orders in Sage X3, printing pick notes and dispatching completed orders.
- Maintaining the edge ordering system, updating stock available for orders, which orders have been processed, add courier tracking etc.
- Creating courier labels for Tuffnells and Parcel Force.
- Complete any associated paperwork accurately including pallet movements, drivers paperwork, returns and record keeping.
- Support with the management of outside warehouse stock and allocate to orders.
- Answer the telephone enquiries line, take messages / calls when appropriate to do so.
- Take ownership of health & safety for yourself and others at work.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and encourage safe working practices, at all times.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
