Sales Administrator

**About the role**:
The role is varied, and you will be dealing with customers from differing industries and trades daily, this will be a mixture of house accounts and retail showrooms. Your predominant responsibility will be assisting customers in determining their product needs and providing advice and assistance on our products, taking, and processing orders, liaising with the factory staff, and building relationships with existing customers..
Other duties will include:
- Responding to requests for information.
- Working closely with company directors and other staff
- Providing quotes
- Securing orders
- Looking for opportunities to up sell and ensure the customer is fully aware of all products/services
It is important that you learn all you can about the company and the products we manufacture to carry out this role to a high standard.
**About you**:
You _must_ have the following skills:
- 2+ years’ office sales or customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and Strong literacy skills
- Confidence and a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
This is an office based role in Leighton Buzzard.
