**Can you use your exceptional evaluation and critical-thinking skills to make a real difference to homeless people’s lives?**

The London Navigator Team (LNT) is a St Mungo’s service funded by the GLA providing through care support to up to 250 individuals who:

- are experiencing long term and repeat episodes of homelessness
- require additional support to access and sustain accommodation

We work mainly with people on the Pan London T1000 list of clients who have been identified by London Councils as having slept on the streets in multiple London boroughs and who have complex needs.

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Evaluation and Impact Coordinator to become an integral part of our innovative team. In this new role you will work with the Service Managers to maximize the impact of the team’s learnings in order to identify gaps in provision and influence policy.

In this role you will:

- Monitor progress and support Navigators to identify and record outcomes on CHAIN according to the recently drafted LNT KPI framework
- Maintain an effective working relationship with the CHAIN and OPAL teams, to enable the most efficient and accurate data recording and reporting
- Work with the LNT Managers and team to further develop a robust, effective evaluation programme that drives learning and improvement in our practice
- To oversee client spending and evaluate income versus expenditure for reporting and advocacy purposes
- Read and interpret data and build narratives using reports drawn from both qualitative and quantitative sources

**About you**

We are looking for somebody with experience of both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, with an understanding of the issues faced by people with multiple and complex needs experiencing severe social exclusion.

You will be confident in communicating evaluation findings to a wide range of audiences, and able to write research reports to a high standard. You will support colleagues across the organisation to understand and commission evaluation projects, as well as leading on small-scale projects of your own.
