**HR / Recruitment Administrator**

**Qualifications and study offered after 6month/Year**

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator based within HR Department and working as part of a busy team to provide support with a wide range of administrative tasks.

**Key responsibilities of the job**:

- Create and set up files for new starters
- Contacting applicants to arrange interviews and assessment day
- Posting job adverts
- Chasing references
- Responsible for offer documentation compilation of employment contracts ensuring that all new starters employment complies with our legal responsibilities
- Update holiday and sickness records

**Key skills required for the job**:

- Overall responsibility for employee vetting, Identification checks are issued within timescales
- Carry out basic disclosures
- Liaise with Payroll with regards to new starters and leavers
- Notify line managers of sickness / absence
- Working to deadlines
- Dealing with sensitive information
- Ability to liaise at all levels with tact and diplomacy and deal with queries

Ideally you will have experience within a similar role in HR or Recruitment we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The role is temporary to start immediately but could lead to a permanent role for the right person.
