**Health and Social Care Trainer (Children's Services)**
**Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum**
**Full time / Part time / Sessional**
**40 hours per week (pro rata)**
**Working centrally at Head Office with some travel to our geographically dispersed sites.***
**Must possess the following**:
- Educated to a Level 5 or equivalent.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging presence to inspire a learning environment.
- Knowledge of the children’s residential care sector.
- Ability to design engaging training programmes and measure impact of learning.
