If so, we want to hear from you We are seeking an Infrastructure & Operations Leader to take responsibility for leading and developing our IT Operations.

**Main Responsibility**:
As the Infrastructure & Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of our IT services, including the Service Desk, Client Services, Operations, Networks, Storage, Technical Projects, Application Support and Global Regional IT services. You’ll be a key member of the IT Leadership team and contribute towards fulfilling the vision, mission and overall strategic corporate plans.

You will work alongside your fellow department leaders to ensure all technical resources, infrastructure and requirements are properly planned and available; provide technical leadership for the delivery of multiple IT projects across various business functions (managing budgets, resources, issues, risks and timelines to ensure successful implementation); and define and implement appropriate measures and controls across the estate to ensure a performant, capable, efficient and agile IT service.

Applicants should have proven senior leadership experience with the demonstrable ability to set objectives, drive operational excellence, performance manage a team and develop individuals to achieve their potential; as well as extensive experience managing the delivery and support of IT Operations services, and a strong understanding of IT architecture disciplines, frameworks, concepts and best practices.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Nutanix, Networking & Security Technologies and a Project Management qualification would also be advantageous.
