Proactive Personnel is currently recruiting for an export administrator to join an onsite 3PL Logistics business based onsite at a large automotive manufacturer based in the Derby area.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;
- To work with, assist, and report to the Managers.
- Have a flexible approach to cover and support the departments requirements.
- Assist in the completion of day-to-day operational activities.
- To ensure time critical operations are followed and avoid any delays.
- Maintain a daily tracking status with visibility to all stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all customs documentation is completed with the utmost of diligence.
- Share and back up all documentation on share point.
- Assist the booking agents for all import and export transportations.
- Respond to and resolve customer issues and logistics partners questions and queries quickly without disruption, escalating any potential issues to your line manager in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism with both internal and external customers, becoming a trusted first point of contact.

This role is working a 3 shift pattern, Shift rotation work. Typically 05:00-14:00, 13:30-22:30, 21:00-06:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £26,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- No weekends
