**Key requirements of the role**:

- Supporting architects, specifiers and distribution channels with product knowledge, pricing, design advice and regulations, and dealing with inbound technical enquiries.
- Technical presentations, including product presentations; 1-to-1 video calls and online presentation delivery
- Analysing building types and projects to provide specifiers and stakeholders with detailed advice
- Developing industry-leading knowledge and be able to communicate that knowledge effectively
- Good systems knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Teams or similar video conferencing systems, Linkedin and business-related social media and HubSpot or similar CRM system.
