We have an exciting new position for a Personal Assistant to join us here at MotoNovo. This is a really key role, enabling us to deliver for our colleague’s day in and day out. The purpose of this role is to provide support to our Managing Director of MotoNovo, plus additional senior level colleagues.

About the role:

- Diary management: managing and coordinating diary and meeting arrangements ensuring that all facilities and equipment are available where appropriate and being the gatekeeper of time and priorities. Ensuring materials are collated, prepared and shared before meetings
- General administration: planning, arranging, and managing any travel and accommodation requirements and processing expenses in line with the Aldermore expenses policy.
- Support in the organisation of leadership team meetings. Organise meetings - internal and external, arranging meeting rooms and hospitality
- Working collaboratively with other PAs across the Group to ensure there is cover and support and forming a strong virtual team with your colleagues in similar roles.
- Building effective working relationships with the leadership team’s direct reports, stakeholders and third-party relationships.
- Booking travel and any other associated logistics

About you:

- Excellent organisation and time management to be able to juggle several different things at once
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality - you will often be party to confidential information
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and relationship building skills with the ability to liaise at all senior levels
- Demonstrate flexibility to cope with things when they change and work effectively using your own initiative
- Excellent Microsoft skills - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
