**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor responses to job adverts, analysing the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Travel to other MCL sites when required.

- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work well within a team.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on achieving recruitment targets.
- Excellent planning, organising, and time management skills.
- Ability to deal professionally with people at all levels and build strong relationships.
- Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt recruitment strategies as needed.

**Qualifications / Education**
- Educated to Standard Grade/GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum.
