**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Maintenance Apprentice to join us on a Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprenticeship. This role is based at our head office at Norwich Airport and is Monday - Friday.

You will join our experienced Site Maintenance team to carry out routine checks, repairs, and maintenance.

You will learn the practical and theoretical skills to become a Property Maintenance Operative and gain a recognised Level 2 qualification.

**Selection Criteria**

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for hands-on maintenance tasks, is aged 16 or over with 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English, with a valid right to live and work in the UK.
- Be open to developmental feedback with an appetite to continuously improve your performance.
- Be open, honest, and trustworthy with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be reliable, flexible, and hard working.
- Be an effective communicator within a team.
- Any experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.
