Job Title: Client Case Administrator

Location: Six Mile Bottom near Newmarket

**Job Type**: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm/10am-6pm)

**Your role and responsibilities**

You will join a team of enthusiastic individuals in the delivery of outstanding service to our valued clients and assist in looking after their accounts as part of our Case Management Team. You will be diligent, organised and professional and be able to follow processes with attention to detail.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Arrangement of routine appointments from our referring vets in primary care
- Communication with vets, case managers and our client care team regarding emergency referral appointments
- Fielding phone and electronic enquiries from clients, our vets and referring vets
- Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
- Assist in the approval and submission of insurance claims
- Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system
- Provision of support to our Client Care Team in reception and administrative duties when needed including face to face greeting of clients and their pets
- Continued development of your own professional knowledge and skills in a supportive environment including the British Veterinary Receptionist Association Foundation Course
