**Your role and responsibilities**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to develop and grow within our maintenance team. Due to successful growth, DWR is undertaking an exciting building expansion and as such is looking for a passionate Maintenance Operative with a maintenance/handyperson background.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Good maintenance and building skills
- Outdoor skills
- An enthusiastic personality
- A €˜can do attitude
- A desire to learn and develop a career within Facilities and Maintenance
- Be flexible to work within an active/dynamic team
- Reliable, with good attention to detail
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

You will be working closely with the Maintenance Lead and Facilities Manager to ensure all pre-planned and reactive maintenance is undertaken to a high standard, the large grounds we have are kept to a high standard, as well as assisting in the upkeep of accommodation under DWR care.

The successful applicant will have a good work ethic, pay attention to detail and be flexible and adaptable in responding to high-priority tasks. Tasks will include helping maintain the maintenance ticketing system, general grounds and building maintenance, weekly PPM checks, and periodic projects.
