**Lead Marketing Executive**

Hours: Monday - Friday / 35 hours / 9-5 (flexible)

Remote/Hybrid Position - Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000

At Carter Brown, part of the Antser Group, we are at the forefront of delivering expert witness assessments to courts, local authorities, and panels across the nation. With a network of over 650 expert psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, paediatricians, and therapists, we ensure the utmost quality service and reports throughout each assessment process.

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Lead Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on both our core a new venture providing private diagnostic assessments directly to consumers. With ambitious plans to establish ourselves as leaders in this field, we are seeking a proactive and passionate individual eager to advance their career by spearheading the implementation of a successful marketing strategy to support our growth objectives.

You will be supported by a dynamic team of experts from both clinical and business backgrounds, possessing decades of experience in the industry. Reporting directly to our Managing Director and collaborating closely with our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business's image and driving its success forward.

**Requirements**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
- Experience in creating innovative both digital and physical marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and foster customer engagement within both a B2C and B2B environment.
- Skilled in design, editing, and maintenance of sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, merchandise, and presentations.
- Capable of producing high-quality visual and written content, encompassing design, artwork, and copywriting, tailored to resonate with the target audience.
- Proficient in generating engaging content for various social media platforms and adept at managing social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Confident in engaging and interacting with potential consumers on social media and moderating as and when required.
- Collaborative mindset to ensure consistent brand messaging across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaboration with the sales team to create content aligned with regional trends and requirements.
- Familiarity with common design tools like Canva and/or Photoshop.
- Willingness to assist in managing and executing events strategy (physical and virtual) and providing marketing support accordingly.
- Ability to handle multiple projects targeting different audiences while maintaining consistency throughout.

**Desirable Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the legal and/or private healthcare sector would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in producing and editing video/audio content for platforms like YouTube, podcasts, and other video formats.
- Experience in website management, SEO strategy, and PPC management.

Travel: Hybrid - The role will be remote with occasional travel to office locations for meetings (Mansfield/Birmingham)
