Fendix Media is a medical technology company (MedTech) based in the UK. It partners with acute NHS trusts and hospitals to commercialise their internal digital environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated, Commercial Operations Executive with strong commercial, operational and organisational skills. This person will need to provide critical support to both the commercial and project delivery functions and will be pivotal in the successful implementation and delivery management of all projects. Understanding and driving client satisfaction and optimal experience will be central to this role.

You will work flexibly from your home and the Company's Head Office in Brighton, East Sussex as well as visiting clients' sites when required.

**Key areas of responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting our Commercial Team in business development activities - including audience analysis, trust mapping, pitch preparation, case study development and basic analysis of internal data.
- Developing recommendations for each project to optimise project delivery and engagement.
- Managing the project onboarding process including chasing creative content, answering client questions/queries, system management, liaison with required colleagues.
- Learning and becoming expert in the use of Revive System that is necessary for all project delivery - to include setting new projects live at individual trusts, UTM coding.
- Troubleshooting any issues with projects - liaising with our Technical Team where necessary.
- Monitoring project delivery data to ensure excellent outcomes for clients and project delivery is on plan.
- Sending customer satisfaction survey at the completion of all projects. Collating and reporting results internally on a periodic basis.

**Professional experience**

Ideally you will be educated to degree level (preferably in business management, computer sciences, data management or related field)

You will have at least one year experience in a similar role.

You will have proven ability of building strong client relationships and surpassing expectations.

You will possess a good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel as well as experience with digital media software platforms.

Experience with DFP, DSPs, and HTML, JavaScript and other rich media formats is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
