As part of their continued growth, they are now looking fora full-time Account Director to help the senior team to deliver and manage strategic client services, media relations, internal performance and new business plans.

**About the role**

This is an opportunity for a passionate and ambitious PR professional to progress their career and support the continued success of the company. As a senior position within the business, the Account Director will take the lead on PR projects, campaigns andclient accounts, as well as internal responsibilities for new business and wider strategic planning.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Being a senior contact for client accounts and managing service delivery
- Leading on media strategy and account development for clients
- Overseeing PR campaigns from creative brief to implementation, delivery and outcomes
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff development, and identifying training needs
- Winning business both from new opportunities and expanding services to existing clients
- Creating and enhancing a network of key media and industry contacts
- Championing the business’s brand, culture and values

**The ideal person**

The person will be adept at building relationships with key industry spokespeople and senior journalists, and confident in developing and leading on PR campaigns and longer-term client strategy. They will also have experience of managing and overseeing internalperformance, as well as developing talent and supporting training and career progression.
