- **Sutton Kersh: Countrywide**_ are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join an established Property Management department, based within our lively team in Liverpool.

The Connells Group has recently acquired Sutton Kersh: Countrywide, securing our place as the UK’s largest property services group. Our team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers and clients receive the service they deserve throughout their time with us; so we're on the lookout for those with great communication and relationship skills and a passion for property

**The role of a Customer Service Representative (known as a Property Manager)**:
You will be fully managing your own portfolio of properties across one of our branches within Merseyside and The Wirral, acting as a key contact for our tenants and landlords who require support throughout the duration of their tenancy. This could include:

- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Arranging Gas and Electrical safety records
- Booking end of tenancy check-outs
- Negotiating end of tenancy deposits
- Dealing with general tenancy queries
- Developing a competent understanding of lettings legislation to help and support customers throughout their tenancy (training provided)

- £21,500 per annum (increasing in April)
**Days & Hours**:

- Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 5:30pm + 1 Sat in every 5 (rota), 9am - 1pm
