Marketing, Recruitment and Social Media Officer

Complete Care Plus has an exciting opportunity for you to join a Residential Care Home in Bridgend County for Children and Young People. We are looking for an individual to develop and implement the recruitment, marketing, and social media policy.
The Individual will have overall responsibility for determining recruitment policies and procedures, overseeing hiring, and incorporating diversity initiatives and manage all aspects of the Company’s website and social media platforms.
**Responsibilities**
- To provide a strategic recruitment vision for the Company.
- Evaluate current recruitment practices and establish consistent recruitment practices across the Company.
- Work closely with the Directors, Responsible Individual and HR Officer in order to anticipate and support hiring needs.
- Prepare adverts, marketing, and social media campaigns to profile the current and future vacancies of the Company. Arrange and undertake interviews in partnership with the management team.
- Manage the Company’s website and social media platforms in consultation with the management team, for recruitment purposes and to promote the work of the Company.
- In partnership with the HR Officer, oversee and update the policies and practices relating to recruitment and marketing.
- Provide weekly reports to the management team in relation to vacancy and recruitment rates.
Salary £11,039.42 per annum (FTE £27,598.56 per annum)
