We are looking for a Recruitment Officer.

Initially for a period of 9 - 12 months.

Will be working from home and some travel for meetings.

HR qualification in CIPD level 3 required.

The Responsibilities
are recruited into the organisation. Ensure a fair and objective process is followed at all stages
in accordance with equality and diversity: reviewing and agreeing the vacancy, advertising on
websites, social media platforms and with URG partners bilingually, the using effective selection
assessments, through to the offer of employment.
2. Advertise and manage and allocate budgets to job adverts via online platforms i.e Indeed.
marketing team in order to advertise job roles via internal website and social media channels in
a timely and relevant manner.
3. Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new starters, e.g. pre-start, induction programme with
line managers, references, etc. Ensure all checks and paperwork, e.g. eligibility to work in the
UK, DBS, is issued and completed in a compliant and accurate manner and within prescribed
timescales. Undertake P&OD Induction training for all new starters.
4. Handle initial recruitment related internal and external enquiries in a professional manner.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information and documentation on employee system and files,
i.e. IRIS (HR system) and E-personnel folders.
6. Collate data and undertake operational and management reporting at prescribed intervals and
as requested.
7. Undertake P&OD related administration or projects. Ensure that all documentation is input,
documented and issued in accordance with procedures and in an accurate and timely manner.
8. Occasionally attend and assist in internal and external meetings, taking notes in an accurate
manner, producing accurate minutes within an agreed timescale.
9. Contribute ideas on continuous improvement, developing best practice for service delivery and
products offered commercially by the Company and to contribute to business development
objectives.
10. Attend occasional networking events as required, promoting the business, e.g. recruitment, HR services.
Generate leads for referrals and follow up leads in a timely and professional manner.
11. Support with the co-ordination of Company events, e.g. Team Away Day, charity days, etc

Salary £25,000 - £26,000

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
