As a Property Valuer at Peter Morgan Group, you will play a crucial role in our team by providing accurate and professional property valuations. You will work closely with our branches and benefit from full portal support and extensive social media advertising. Our uncapped commission structure with a sliding scale for success ensures that your hard work and dedication are rewarded.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting property valuations for residential and commercial properties
- Preparing detailed and accurate valuation reports
- Providing expert advice to clients on property values and market conditions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Keeping up-to-date with local property market trends and developments
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Participating in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads
- Managing and prioritising a busy workload to ensure timely completion of valuations
- Representing Peter Morgan Group professionally and ethically in all dealings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Property Valuer or in a similar role within the estate agency industry
- Strong knowledge of property market trends and valuation methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using property portals and social media for marketing purposes
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
