**About the Role**

Day to day duties will include supporting the coordination of the company fleet vehicles and ordering plant hire which will include arranging servicing and maintenance, hires and off hires, managing road risk and supporting the mitigation of risk to ensure that the fleet vehicles always remain legally compliant and safe.

*
What you will be responsible for:*
- Co-ordination of preventative and reactive maintenance of all company vehicles including management of hire vehicles and liaison with suppliers, users and our contracts and service departments for planning.
- Co-ordination of all aspects of vehicle accident management including insurances.
- Movement of fleet vehicles.
- Supporting the arrangements of new fleet vehicles with users and the fleet management suppliers
- Arranging the return of vehicles
- Monitoring driving licence checks
- Updating vehicle management systems
- Sourcing plant hire rentals
- Assisting with the development of fleet management procedures and policies
- Conducting audits on fleet compliance.
- Tracking fleet costs and reporting on trends and solutions on a monthly basis for board reports.
- Onboarding of new fleet drivers.
- Take the lead on vehicle audits and compliance.

**What we are looking for**:

- 2 years of relevant experience within a similar role
- Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
- Strong administration skills
- Flexibility, quick thinker, highly organised and can deal with tight deadlines and a demanding environment
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback.
- Ability to creatively solve problems.
- An open minded consultative approach.
- Confident and proactive, prepared to take a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
