Office Administrator/customer Service

Due to sustained growth our client is looking for a motivated individual to join their team in Glasgow and assist with service deliver on a number of client contracts.

The role will involve the following:
- Offering consultative recruitment solutions aligned with client expectations
- Build applicant sources through various mediums i.e. CRM, advertising, networking, Job boards etc
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction gaining useful feedback and related actions
- Resolving client issues promptly
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry
- Complying with all relevant sector specific legislation
- Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

**Administrative & General**
- Having a sound understanding of client's contracts and terms of business
- Prioritising workload to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
- Adhering to client's Professional Codes of Practice and REC professional standards
- Complying with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management
- Able to demonstrate experience of working within a customer service or recruitment role and able to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experienced in developing business relationships
- Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
- Tenacious and resilient
- Ambitious, driven and determined
- Able to demonstrate their problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills
- Proficient in both written and oral communication skills
- Able to demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
