Software Sales Executive

**This successful fast growing SaaS solutions company is looking for an experienced and motivated Software Sales Executive for its HR and Payroll software solutions.** Hybrid location ie home based with travel to client sites and the Bristoloffice for meetings. Supportive team culture and management, good marketing and lead generation, referencable clients in diverse sectors, great career opportunities. Solutions are built on the SalesForce platform.
**As a Software Sales Executive your role entails**:
- receive inbound marketing qualified leads and develop your own leads within the defined target base
- hold discovery calls to further qualify the lead and uncover objectives, challenges and pain points
- build a relationship with multiple contacts in the client organisation
- sell the solution based on business benefit and value, through a series of remote and face to face sales meetings and demonstrations
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- previous experience as a Software Sales Executive in software solutions sales, owning the sales process from lead to close
- track record of success in sales of HR or Payroll software solutions, ideally SaaS
- good relationship building skills, ability to uncover requirements for a tailored solution and good closing skills
- any familiarity with solutions built on the SalesForce platform is a plus.
